Extending Daly Smart BMS temperature sensor?

Hi all, In my setup I am unable to easily get the temperature sensor on the cells for my battery. Does anyone know if it is possible to extend the temperature sensor using wires, or will this cause a change to the value?

Yes you can lengthen the sensors wire if needed. It will not affect the performance.
Try to use the same size wire.
I have done it without any problems.

Mine were 24g on the 8s JBD Overkill BMS.
Small speaker wire is pretty close.
