I came across this store from a deals email I got from AlliExpress, but not sure how to research them. The store has been around since Oct 2020, with 100 followers and just 2 feedback received (both 100%). The cells I'm looking at are a lot of 4, 420aH 12v for $600 (free shipping). Seems like a great price, but I'm not sure if they are legit or if I should be wary of them.

Here's the link: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100...d4b5512f841b3b49a8c953caa7dc6&ck=in_edm_other

And the store name is Shop910805014

Any experience with this, good or bad here?

Thanks,
Kevin

stay away..
sales pitch, and probably highly used , bloated cells

QR Codes were replaced by CE Stickers. Red Flag ONE.
NO "Brand Manufacturer" Identified. Red Flag TWO.
Specs don't jive with the stated capacity. Red Flag Three.

Rule of 3 applies. 3 Strikes = move on, don't even consider it.

You see 4 cells of each 105Ah = 420Ah, BUT only at cells voltage if they are put in parallel, when placed in series to form an aprox "12V" battery, it is still only 105Ah.

The amount of total energy available is therefore either 4 X 105 X 3.2V or 105 X 12.8V both equal the same result.

Obviously seller doesn't know what they are dealing with.

Watch Out

I bought 20 of them. Tested the 1st 4. They were all about 240Ah. I am now trying to get my money back.
BTW, no QR code -- just a paste on sticker with no serial numbers. I paid about $2800 total. I guess I
am a sucker.
