Battery manual and inverter manual. You have them, right ?
The manual has the diagram, I understand that. I am asking for the cable and adapter, a link to buy the correct one. It's no use having the diagram if I don't have the cable and adapter, that's what I ask for.

There are no standards between batteries and inverters so most of the time you have to make your own.

The sales from Felicity send me the Serial communication kit that consist of RS232 DB9 adapter to USB for PC, RS485 to RS232 Adapter wired to a RJ45 to the Battery RS485 port.

Just finished wiring up the entire 300A battery pack in parallel for Balancing. It will not talk to the older version of EDMS 1.5, but works fine with the newer 1.6 & 1.7 version of the EDMS software.

Available on Amazon UTEK UT-2001 RS232 to RS485 adapter. and UTEK UT-8801 1.5M length USB to RS323 converter Ver 2.0

hi i have a problem with my Felicity 24v 150Ah battery which communicates to a Felicity 3k inverter.. the problem that persists: the percentage rate normally drops to 54% then drops sharply to 20%IMG_20230122_085431.jpgIMG_20230122_085248.jpg%.. but while charging it does goes up in % gradually without problem .. what can be the cause? anyone encountered this?
