My 1kw system is finally....finally finished.
Specifications;
PV panels- 4- 24v
Victron mppt- 150/60-TR
Victron BMV-712 battery monitor
Inverter- 24v input 2kw output Giandel (you can see the white remote start cable)
Battle Born batteries- 2- 12v 100ah in series for 24v
Battery swiches- 3- Ampper (think they're 200a)
Fusing- inverter- 150a mppt to batteries- 50a (fuse holders by WindyNation)
Buss bars- 2 BlueSea MaxiBus 250a
Wire from SCC to batteries- #6 copper welding cable
Wire from batteries to Inverter- #2 copper welding cable
Lugs- all copper
Backerboard- 1/2" Hardibacker- this will not burn
I had a large amount of doubt concerning this entire design and assembly process and most of the problems were solved either by your help or Battle Born. And yes I torqued the battery bolts to 10 ft-lbs.
Any ideas or suggestions are welcomed.
