I redid my original CALB 200ah (2p4s, 100ah nylon cases cells) box with 90ah (2p4s) aluminum cased cells. They are much smaller and much lighter, so they allowed me to add quite a few things that I didn't have room for before.
- Plano trunk
- JBD 150 amp BMS
- Hall sensor with display
- Fused Anderson power pole solar input
- Fused APP output
- Fused XT60 output / input
- 3x Fused 2.1 mm barrel plugs
- Victron 100/30 MPPT
- Automotive fuse block
- 5/16 terminal lugs
- 10 awg Coolflex silicone wire (x 4 for main terminals), that wire is awesome!
- USB charger
- Cigarette lighter plug
- PC fan with switch
- Particleboard for case
I have a Giandel 2200 watt inverter that I use with it, and have converted a few of my 12 volt electronics to work off the available APP, XT60, and barrel plugs.
I have 8 more 90ah cells, and 8 CALB cells, and my next project is to add an external box that connects with Anderson SB350 connectors for additional capacity.
