First post. BMS stuck on under temp error

Greetings everyone.
After being so pleased with the first one, I bought two further batteries (As shown)
I can't figure out why my BMS has arrive locked out with the errors (see pic) as I certainly don't live in a cold region.
All the cells test perfectly for voltage.
I used BatteryStudio software given to me from Wulills at AliExpress.
I can clear all faults briefly except the 'NTC failure' however on resetting the BMS it always comes back to said reading!
Anyone else have experience with the software of know where I can get more precise instructions?
I may be doing something wrong.
At the time of writing the company have not yet resolved the issue although they are being as helpful as possible given the distance and language barrier.

You likely have a bad thermistor connection or a defective thermistor. Check resistance of thermistor with ohm meter.

Most commonly used thermistors are 10k ohms at 25 degs C and drop in resistance as temp rises (NTC). They can be replaced. Very low cost.

I have just this minute determined that BMS is fine by connecting it to a know good battery pack. it seems the new batteries were treated badly in transit and wires or sensors were damaged or dislodged.
