Flex panel for a camper

Most solar panels will produce something in those conditions. But it won't be much. Maybe not even enough for a solar charge controller to do its thing.

At only 80 watts, they won't produce much. But if that is the form factor that fits your need, it's not a bad way to go.

At 80W output and 68" x 14", that would be about 12.5% efficiency.
At least it passes the smell test; CIGS is reported around 23% max for a cell.

As HRTKD says, any shade and you'll get effectively nothing anyway. Determine how many hours of full sun, unshaded by trees.

At a bit over $3/watt you're paying quite a premium. Although thin and flexible can be good.
If flat on the roof, power off-angle is reduced.
If you buy a rigid panel, might cost as little as $0.30/watt depending on size and source.
Instead of $260 for this 80W panel, you can pay less than $100 for a 200 to 350W panel. Weight around 25 to 45 lbs. It can be propped up at an angle to catch more sun.
A single 100W panel, assuming you can stow it for travel, could be placed away from the camper where it gets more light.
