Will a flexible panel attached at the 4 corners parallel or 45 degrees to the ground, a few feet above ground without any support structure be able to withstand low wind conditions? I have a balcony that I'm thinking of placing panels with hooks on the house side, and some kind of strap on the balcony rail for temporary charging in power outages.
