Flow of electric

If you have a SCC connected to a busbar then to a AGM battery to charge the battery the volts/amps go towards the battery.
If then the same cable is taking volts and amps from the battery to the same busbar then onto a device to power it
Does it not matter if there is volts and amps travelling in opposite directions at the same time. Does this cause heat by friction in the cable

The short answer is that if there is a wire where you calculate that there should be 20 amps going in one direction and you also calculate that there should be 5 amps going in the other direction then in reality there are only 15 amps moving at all. The other 5 literally cancel each other out.

So if you had 15 amp going toward the battery from the PV and 15 amp going to a device at the same time would the PV be powering the device via the busbar without reaching the battery

Certainly not offended. What you stated needs to be in context.

You certainly should.

I don't think you grasp the concepts at play here.
So sorry. You say I don't understand, but you would have no way to know that. Let's stay on task, I did not question your statement only corrected your incorrect quote for others. I'm truly sorry and I will try to learn more, thank you so much for your kind help!!! Let's get back to the issue....
