Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not work.
I am not telling anyone they don't know nor am I being uncooperative.

Because 9/16 searches inclusive for both 9 and 16 in the post. Same as 13/16 searches for both 13 and 16 in the post. You don't have the number 13 in that post. If you search for $131.50/16 that post will show up since you mention $131.50 in that post.
