Found out high temp cut off on Sok's

Curious what led to this. How did your batteries get to 140ºF? I've seen mine (SOK 206Ah) get close to 100ºF when charging them on a 90ºF day.

I have one on order, live in the south and saw it elsewhere on the forum as a high temp of 35c. That's only 95 ? I posted to clarify, because in looking for an answer on here I saw AZ, FL, TX, LA, being advised to take measures to cool them or they will become a brick. One was even told to bury her batteries ? I emailed SOK, because if it was 35c, I was going to have to cancel order and figure out a plan B.
