My first attempt at a DIY battery bank it's 11G steel has a lid also. You can fit 4 rows of 8 280 AH batteries larger ones would fit. I had 2 rows and also built a compression plate out of 1/4 steel 1/2 threaded rod included. The casters are not rated high enough you would have to get some on Amazon I was able to find 2500 lb casters for $25 on Amazon they work great on my new box. It's been outside for a few weeks painted no rust on it. I would keep it for something else just don't have the room. I'm in North Phoenix 7th street and the 101 freeway just south about 3-4 miles.
