At around 45 cents per watt it’s a good, not great deal IMHO.

Shipping costs would make it less appealing.

Yup, there's a surplus solar warehouse who has that exact panel in one 29 quantity pallet available so he may have worked for that company or thought he could flip them. Some forums I'm on require people to post in their picture of the item, a peice of paper with the current date and their forum account name to stop people posting vague pictures/cross posting etc... may be a good idea here.
