Fully discharging LifePo 24v set-up

I have a small solar set- up with a Growatt controller for my well. Not long ago I changed to two LifePro 24 volt batteries. I just watched Will Prowse's video, about new cheaper LifePo batteries.
In it he states that despite assumptions to the contrary it's important and preferred to regularly fully discharge and fully charge these batteries regularly.
Because the rainy season is in full swing here my panels are not charging anyway so I thought this would be the time they'd likely discharge fully. However now I get no load to the pump for my water needs. It seems I would need to charge the batteries up to run the pump.
I'm not sure if I can get full discharge without running the pump, but my cut-off level seems to have been reached at 24.0 and no load is possible even with a reset.

For your use case fully discharging the batteries would not be optimal. Battery voltage slumps under loading. Heavy loads such as your water pump will need to have the batteries in a higher state of charge in order to properly operate.

You might even want to set a higher minimum voltage or SOC to maintain your batteries at. It does no good to deplete your batteries below the point of functionality chasing some 100% discharge recommendation.
