One battery, one fuse.
Class T if available with that much amperage will run around $125 for fuse block, fuse, lugs and mounting hardware.
After the main line splits, each string off the busbar gets a fuse or breaker. This gets expensive since 48 volt rated fuses are pricier than atc, ANL and other common choices only good up to 24 volts.
If this just powers the inverter and no other dc items, one fuse is fine.
