I have a Honda 7000is gasoline generator connected to my Sol Ark 12k (via Grid inputs) and I have been noticing recently that (at least this is my best guess) that my starter battery is getting drained since I hooked it up to the Sol Ark. I recently connected Solar Assistant to the inverter and it is reporting 2.3v leakage coming from the generator (which is off).
Could the inverter be acting as a load that is pulling power from the starter battery and draining it?

Do you have a charger connected to the generator battery? How old is it?
No, but the generator charges the battery when it runs, which i do at least once a month for several hours. The battery is about year old, so it's not too old, but it does get very cold, but since it's an AGM, these usually do okay with cold.
Just recently, I added a 12volt heated renogy (with as spare SCC and 100watt panel) LiFePO4 to the terminals of the starter battery to be able to start the generator (which it does amazing well in -10F days so far. I know it's not a starter battery, but it works. )
It was leaking voltage before i added the extra panel/scc/panel..
