I've searched the forums, google, and Will's videos looking for idle consumption of Giandel 3,000w 24v pure sine wave inverter and can't find it.
I'm trying to decide between 2,000w and 3,000w.
Giandel manual states 0.9 amps for 2,000w and 1.0 amps for 3,000w but I find that hard to believe.
Will's "air conditioner in solar shed" video goes over the idle consumption of the 24v 2,000w and says it varies between 6-24 watts.
Anybody with real world experience measure the 3,000w 24v idle consumption? If it really is only 10% more than the 2,000w then I'll definitely go for that, but if its idle consumption is in the 40w range I'd choose the 2,000w.
