So because I couldn't shake the idea of setting up a proper system, I sat down and opened up mspaint. Does this look safe and reliable?
The manufacturer suggested 40A fuses/breakers, which confuses me slightly because the SCC they provided in their kit is only 30A. Other than that everything seems to make sense to me. The pump would be just over 4A, I rounded up to a 10A fuse but would a 5A fuse be more appropriate?

The fuse block and switches I am looking at are:
Fuse Block: https://www.amazon.com/Blue-Sea-Systems-Blade-Block/dp/B001P6FTHC
Switch, On-Off orientation: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07413JWLD/

I'm looking into in-line fuses or possibly just breakers, I haven't decided which yet. Any model suggestions would be welcome.

EDIT: I modified the diagram, original here: i.imgur.com/LFx4bRX.png

Would there need to be a fuse/breaker after the DC Switch to the fuse box? I wouldn't imagine so but after reading through Wiring Unlimited document I seen that there was a fuse/breaker after a DC switch for I assume protecting consumer loads. But is a fuse box itself considered a consumer that needs protection? As it's essentially the protection for the consumers attached to it.
