The jaws are swappable but the ones that are in it are good for ferrules 2, 4 and 6 awg.
Actually its 16, 25 and 35 mm2.

Still waiting impatiently on my ferrules.
5 minutes later... I'm going feral waiting for them.

Please be patient! Practicing on your fingers would be a bad thing!!! ?

This is thhn wire
Small one is 10 awg prepared with my small ferrule crimper.
Big one is 6 awg prepared with my new big ferrule crimper.
The new crimper has plenty of leverage for 6 awg.
Looks like a decent enough crimp.
thhn wire is gonna be a pain to work with at this size and larger but it can be done.
In Canada the price makes it worth considering especially for stationary rigs.

Actually the strands are thick enough that it doesn't absolutely need a ferrule.
