Sorry Bob, this is a misnomer. I used to think the same but my brother's kids were home schooled. Every one of them are perfectly fine. One a nurse one is an engineer for Cessna, one has her own business in speach therapy with kids, ones a hospital tech. Ive talked to and been around other home schooled kids now adults and they are FAR more intelligent and socially adept than their gov indoctrinated counterparts.

I understand Bob B's concerns, they are valid but they can be worked around to get what your children need. in so far as your last line i agree. those that think critically tend to be outliers to begin with either via outside influence or sometimes pure luck int he genetics category.. some folks are just wired differently. sometimes good, and sometimes bad.
