Hi everyone,
I am looking to do a rooftop solar installation just outside Detroit. I have been looking at panels online, interested in the Jinko JKM425N-54HL4-B and Enphase microinverters. I got some full service install solar quotes, reviewed my utility bills, and went through Ironridge's design tool. I have the BOM and drawings that spits out to mount these panels on my roof with XR100 rails.
Anyone here worked with DTE as their electric utility? Any particular stumbling blocks?
I know a roofer who has confirmed he'd be happy to put the panels up for me. At this point, I'm looking to see if I can find an electrician to help with the permitting and hookup, do any of you know someone in SE Michigan who would be worth contacting? If not I will give this a go on my own, but I would appreciate being able to pay for some help. Thanks in advance!
