Just looks like pieces of strut.
I know that I can get it cheaper.
But it might be a good deal for non contractors.

The one Will shows on one of his latest videos looks like a better choice. It's more expensive, but lighter and holds more, larger panels. Also tested for wind load. I didn't see anything to justify the "Steady in the storm" claim.
