I’m converting a Utility Trailer into a camper. I’m planning on using 2 100w Solar Panels and a small Wind Turbine.

Not using the vehicle to charge the battery for the system just the solar and turbine.

How do I ground the system?

For this type of system, I recommend using the vehicle chassis as the ground but only tie to the chassis at one point. Without more info about the system and it's components it is hard to say much more.
