Growatt 3000TL LVM-ES inverter has been running reliably for the past year in USE battery mode with Gyll and lifepower4 48V batteries.
Just changed to LI mode and initially worked perfectly with new cable between the RS485 ports etc. No error 20 or 4.
Then at around dusk and maybe 1 hour after changing, the inverter stopped proving AC out power. The display became frozen, can't scroll through menu, flipping the power switch didn't do anything either. Only way to get back running was to turn batteries and solar off to hard reboot the inverter. Tried couple times again but inverter would freeze up after about 5 min.
Switched back to USE mode and now stable again. Anyone experience this?
