Hello Everyone!!

I have a Growatt 3kw linked to 3 150v solar in series. The battery is a 24vLiFePo4 power wall from BigBattery.com.
Everything connected, working wonderful and bringing in 23.1 on a cloudy winter day and used hair dryer, no problem. I left my home come back a few hours and the system is dead. Battery dead and Growatt dead. Any help Please...!!!!!

Thank You in Advance

Without more detail, it is hard to be more specific than check your connections, circuit breakers and fuses.
If this is the one it has two on the inside and one on the outside.

You may have overcharged your battery and the BMS cut off the connection. Find out how to reset your BMS. Use a multimeter on the battery terminals to see if the voltage is ok.

Growatt maximum voltage is 147 volt, IRRc. The manual says
if your Solar panels’ Vmp (Voltage at maximum power – the lower of the two numbers
on your panel spec) (Not Voc) voltage is between 38.3 V and 57.5V, you can connect
2 in series with matching parallel strings to add up to the number of panels as in
formula above. 20 x 40V panels would be connected in 2s10p

I'd say overvoltage killed something.
