I have a solar setup with 4 x 390 panels and during the day when charging the inverter shows the connection of the panels charging batteries and providing power, but it then drops that connection for about 10 seconds and starts again. It just keeps doing this, I have had the system for over a year now and just asking this now as just recently it seems that my battery takes a long time to charge in peak sun and wonder if this has something to do with it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Battery 48V 51.2V 110Ah Lithium Battery LiFePO4
Voltage can be anywhere between 400 - 1400w

What do you mean by primary charger? and how would I find the absorption voltage

by primary charger, I think we need to know what your charge controller is. your problem could be an unbalanced battery.

The charger is Growatt 5000TL 5kW 48V. Sorry do you mean what is the voltage of the battery when it cuts out?

I'll get that information once I get back home. I used the generator this morning and that charged the battery up fine, seems to be only when coming from Solar. The battery is communicating with the AiO as its showing the same voltage on the AiO as the battery

Alright so I have some further information. It seems to cut out at 21Amps coming in from Solar. You will see in the video on the link provided. The battery are on at about 53.3 volts.

BMS on the battery says CHG.
