Growatt SPF 3000tl LVM AC inverter trips inverter after 5 minutes

I have a growatt SPF 3000TL LVM 48v which I purchased in 2021, I a growatt ark battery a few weeks ago and when I first got it the bms wouldn't connect. After connecting growatt they told me my BMS chips where outdated and sent new ones. The bms chips arrived last week and everything has been fine and working for the last week until today whenthe inverter started to turns off after using AC output. It has no problem to charge the battery but after turning on the AC output it will turn off after a few minutes without any error codes. When it trys to turn on again it gets stuck in a loop because when the AC output turns in it resets. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be the issue?

Have you tried running without battery communication?

The battery has its own safety and turns off after 5mins use without bms. I've noticed today the Battery does want to get to 100% it's stuck at 99%

When I first got the battery and tried using it with the inverter and got the communication codes I tried using it in the setting for lithium battery without bms but the battery turned off after 5 minutes. Like I said after receiving the new bms chips it's worked for for about a week

I guess I do not understand. Your description of function for both your AIO and battery is not something I have heard of. I have no idea what getting new BMS chips entails.

Sorry, but beyond me. Hope someone else has an idea.

No problem. The AIO and battery are from the same company, with AIO being older. Growatt must of used to sell different batteries before with a different type of BMS which was from the time a purchased my AIO because to make my inverter communicate with my battery all I had to do was install the new BMS in the inverter and everything was working for about a week. Yesturday the the AIO started having issues. The battery won't charge until 100% get stats at 99% and if I turn on the AC output the inverter resets after 5 minutes. There are no error codes on the display or in the growatt app
