Hi,
We have a Growatt SPF 5000 ES that was working fine for about two weeks. It is connected to utility only as a source, and its main function is to run in line mode and provide backup power to a CCTV and fire equipment system. It charges a Dyness BX51100 100AH battery from utility. However, this afternoon it stopped accepting utility power even though we do have utility power available. We have done a full reboot on both the inverter and the battery, and we have also turned off the loads and utility source to see if we can refresh the inverter. Any ideas welcome.
