Growatt SPH5000 - Dally BMS - "BMS Com Fault" on a new set of batteries & Controller

I was hoping someone can help.

I have a Growatt SPH5000 inverter. The inverter has been working fine for over a year.

Previously, I had 5kw of Lead Acid batteries, all worked fine.
Recently, I upgraded the batteries to 15kw Lithium Ion with a Daly BMS controller.

The Daly BMS shows correct details on the phone app (i.e 48V etc) via Bluetooth & Wifi.
However, the inverter is displaying a fault of "BMS Com Fault".

This error message is seen regardless of using RS485 or CAN connection between the BMS & Inverter.

I have 2 identical Daly BMS's controllers, both have the same issue.
Both BMS are able to communicate with my PC via the CAN A/B wires.
I have checked the wires for both RS485 & CAN (RS485 B connected to 1&8. And A to 2 & 7). And for CAN - H to 4 (Blue) and L to 5 (Blue/White)

I have changed the protocol of the BMS ( i.e set to Growatt & RS485/CAN).

The voltage from the BMS to the Inverter is healthy, i.e at 52V.

The inverter Mode is set to "Lithium".

What could I be doing wrong?

It would be easier to just set it up the same as when you had the LA batteries.
BMS communication is just another thing to fail, and leave you in the dark.

Ik hoop dat iemand mij kan helpen.

Ik heb een Growatt SPH5000 omvormer. De omvormer werkt al meer dan een jaar prima.

Voorheen had ik 5 kW loodzuuraccu's, die allemaal prima werkten.
Onlangs heb ik de accu's geüpgraded naar 15 kW lithium-ionbatterijen met een Daly BMS-controller.

De Daly BMS toont de juiste gegevens op de telefoon-app (bijv. 48V etc.) via Bluetooth en wifi.
De omvormer geeft echter de foutmelding "BMS Com Fault" weer.

Deze foutmelding wordt weergegeven, ongeacht of er een RS485- of CAN-verbinding tussen het BMS en de omvormer wordt gebruikt.

Ik heb 2 identieke Daly BMS-controllers, beide hebben hetzelfde probleem.
Beide BMS kunnen via de CAN A/B-draden met mijn pc communiceren.
Ik heb de draden gecontroleerd voor zowel RS485 als CAN (RS485 B aangesloten op 1 en 8. En A op 2 en 7). En voor CAN - H op 4 (blauw) en L op 5 (blauw/wit).

Ik heb het protocol van het BMS gewijzigd (bijvoorbeeld ingesteld op Growatt en RS485/CAN).

De spanning van het BMS naar de omvormer is gezond, d.w.z. 52V.

De omvormermodus is ingesteld op "Lithium".

Wat zou ik verkeerd kunnen doen?

Hallo, is het je gelukt om te communiceren tussen de transformator en de BMS? Ik heb hetzelfde probleem.

i had the same bms communication error , after spending ages trying to get my daly ess bms to talk to the growatt sph600tlblup it turned out to be simple.
i was using a standard network cable from the bms to the 485 port, but it turns out i should have been using the CAN port and set the bms to growatt and CAN in the parameter section on the bms app. then it just worked
