Own 3 - 51.2v 100ah older Gyll batteries and LOVE them, recently I moved the to a rack on wheels and lost the ability to see them on my Laptop - applied band aid by running separate pairs of cat 5e cable with a usb to serial ch340 adapter, problem solved, not - no usb port for mouse and I hate mouse pads.
Ok here's the fix:
1. run device manager and with 1 adapter plugged in at boot, see which com port is assigned to ch340 driver.
2. right click on Bms_tools desktop icon and click "open file location" once there
3. edit comlist.ini - I used notepad and set it up to Your com port and pack numbers, should look like this: use tab after return for spacing!
This is mine with ch340 usb to serial on com4 and 3 packs set to 2,3,4
Pack 2 = left to right Down, Down, Up, Down
Pack 3 = left to right Down, Down, Up, Up
Pack 4 = left to right Down, Up, Down, Down Joe.
