Has anyone found a reliable LiFePO4 supplier?

I think I have been through about 4 suppliers so far and I have yet to find anyone who can consistently supply me good quality cells.

I've tried:

Greensun
Bluesun
BLS

Now I'm hearing bad things from Basan?

Anyone out there who has had cells that were good and have been working for any length of time?
