Hatchery Aerator

Greetings, we have liftoff!! This project powers an air compressor to aerate the mature trout pen for our sportsman's club hatchery.( in the background). It is on wheels because the area may flood in serious storms, and we may have to evacuate the system to high ground. I have 2 120 watt panels in parallel driving a 1000 W pure sine inverter. The compressor is a small one, consuming 100W max. I purchased components from Eco Worthy and the controller is a 30a PWM. I have a 108ah SLT for the battery. Running 24/7 and finding that the system is not keeping up with charging the battery. Is it reasonable to expect 24/7 operation or should we install a timer to let things charge occasionally?
