Trying to figure out which GTIL I need.
UK based
ESE roof, 5KW PV split across both sides
Battery - I will build LiFePO4 48V probably 10KWH
Primary Ask:-
I think as its split across West facing and East facing it would need Dual MPPT minimum
Dont want to mess with Canbus etc, so input from Batteries would need to be +ve and -ve 48v
Grid Tie, but takes power from PVA or Batteries in pref over Mains supply
Online monitoring and data availability etc.
Secondary Ask:-
Would be great if it worked as a UPS when grid is down
Would be great if I could set the unit to charge the batteries over night at lower mains KWH cost during winter when PVA is not providing enough for loads and charging, thus set off each morning with full batteries through winter
Export to grid as an option although not high on list, I'd rather finds ways to use the power than sell to grid for £0.04 KWH
Any thoughts welcome.
