heat shrink charts ?

does anybody know if there is a chart for what size heat shrink you need for different size cables?.
I know different makes shrink at different rates, I will be using 2/0 and 4/0 cable.

Once you know diameter of cable, then buy heat shrink for that diameter.

it is slightly complicated by varying insulation thicknesses. a given gauge wire is X mm^2 (millimeter squared) which implies a specific diameter circle. that is pretty clear. but the diameter target is with the insulation included.

measuring the diameter with calipers and ordering the size Closest But Greater Than, would be a straightforward way to determine.
