I’m new to solar power, I live in Arizona where it get 120 Degrees During the summer. I’m putting the solar grid on the roof of the chicken coop to power the lights and ceiling fan. Where should I keep the Battery??

Welcome to the forum.

Everything that's NOT the PV panels performs best in a temp controlled environment. MisterSandals' suggestion - even if recessed just a couple of feet into the ground with an insulated cover, it might be notably cooler than 120°F. 95°F is WAY better for all battery chemistries than 120°F.

Also important that the PV panels have an adequate air gap to allow proper cooling of the panels as AZ sun can damage them if they can't shed the waste heat.
