Hello from Guatemala

We are a hostel called Del Lago in San Marcos La Laguna, at Lake Atitlan in Guatemala.
We run half of our Property on a Studer 3500-xtender hybrid system.
With frequent power cuts and unstable voltage coming for the local grid provider... going solar was necessary when we did it back in 2015.
Glad to find this DIY solar forum. Look forward to meeting folks and hearing about there systems. Hope to share and continue learning along this solar journey.

Thanks... nice to be here. I discovered this forum because i had been looking for current options for better batteries. I have led acid L16H-AC Trojans currently... they are nearing 5 years and 1 just died and another is weak... i find the maintenance a bit much and I’m exploring now for a change in a year or so... so just kind of starting the research.
