I posted the information below in general topic but not sure if correct place so ive put it in here as well
Hi all,
This is my first post on this forum and i need help and advice, i have had a 5.3Kw solar system for the last two half years, its been great as im a high power user, last year i had a battery system also installed.
The company messed me about alot during the install of the battery so this week i was looking at options to see if i can improve on the power being generated. There conversation discussed the DNO application that would need to be done. I did not know what that was so looked on my original invoice and it said DNO application as part of the quote. ive now read up on it and understand what it is.
ive contacted the solar company to ask them for a copy of it, they are not being helpful at all. Its now making me wonder if they have actually done it.
This has now got me extremely worried in case they have not applied for it.
I have emailed them asking for a copy, what do i do if they do not respond or have not done it.
