Help. Ecoflow Delta pro DEAD?

We had a lighting storm late yesterday afternoon, the
Delta pro was off in the camper pass-through connected to solar panels with 15A inline fuse.
Connected this morning via app to turn on AC 110 to camper. The display showed 00mm on the dp unit picture but 69% on the battery level just to the right side.
Turned on power to charge phone but the microwave kept beeping on & off which makes wonder about SOC being displayed since was conflicting in the app. Should have been at 100%.
Tried to turn on the display at the device but woulld not display. Tried adjusting via app ad it just reverts to off.
Tried resetting via 10 second power button hold. no change.
Replaced inline fuse from solar panels and checked voltage which showed 90v. Reconnected no charge shoowing in app input. Assuming it's dead I disconnect everything take it to the garage and hookup to AC charging.
Screen does not come on just red light and AC ports light.
Everything has been fine until this. Is there an internal fuse reset I don't know about besides the black button in the back?

Ecoflow support said "battery failure" after troubleshooting. Passng support to back office...
Wish me luck. Purchased new November 2022.

Ecoflow honored the 24 month warranty. They cited total Battery failure. I returned my unit and they sent me a unit that had been returned to them previously within 30 days of receipt. Current warranty applies to replacement which I think is BS.
It's a new unit to me which should start a new warranty period. But those stipulations made by them may not apply depending on your state's laws.
Lets see if I can past the usual bt connection issues again.

Makes sense or people will start sabotaging their batteries to extend the warranty indefinitely.

I would never even think of that. But I guess some people do.
