Starting yesterday my Felicity IVEM8048 inverter has stopped reporting into the FSolar app and showing offline.
When I login to the mobile app and check the messages, I can see the following “Device collector with SN …… has a software version that is too low to report data properly.”
How do I check the software version and how to update it?
When I connect thru bluetooth, i can see the data properly.
