Hello folks. I have some questions regarding a JBD BMS DP04S007-S-K-H V1.7 (100a/4s/12v/heating/integrated BT) in pictures. Of course it came with no documentation.

- How do I wire the heat function? Note the "H-" hole in lower left of the BMS. The whole though doesn't pass through the black plastic sheet on back of BMS. Need clarification on how to wire the heating pad.

- How many watts of heating pad can this BMS support?

- Suggestions for heating pad(s)? This is going to be a 100ah 1p4s LFP battery when completed.

- The BMS came of course with the 5-wire balance harness...I know how to wire that, as I have done a few already. But the BMS also came with a 2-wire harness I presume is for the SW or "switch". What would be the purpose of a switch? Does this have anything to do with wiring the heating pad?

All help greatly appreciated!!!

You may find the information here,

The switch may be output disable, there is a 'soft switch' in the BMS setup to enable/disable this function .
