I upgraded my travel trailer to Lithium today......
I installed an EPEVER 40A Tracer 4210AN MPPT controller, two Renogy 100ah Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries and upgraded the WFCO charger/ converter to a Lithium version.

The Renogy batteries are suggesting a bulk charge of 14.4V......The WFCO outputs 14.6 for stage one and then goes to 13.6V.....Is this .2v an issue I should be concerned about?

The EPEVER allows user adjustable settings. Here is how I have it set:
Temp Compensation =0
Over Voltage Disconnect =16.0v
Charge Limit =14.4V
Over Voltage Rec =15v
Equalization = 14.2v (no EQ time set so no EQ)
Boost = 14.2v
Float = 13.5V
Boost Reconnect charging = 13.2v
Low Voltage Reconnect = 12.6
Under Voltage Warning = 12.0v
Low Voltage Disconnect = 11.1v
Discharge Limit = 10.5v
EQ Time = 0
Boost Time = 30 minutes

Any comments on these setting would be appreciated......Thank You

What is the BMS setting for high voltage disconnect? If it is 14.6, then the charger may force BMS disconnect when reaching full charge. You don't want that happening under normal operation.

The EPEVER allows user adjustable settings. Here is how I have it set:

Over Voltage Disconnect =16.0v

Over Voltage Rec =15v

I would change the over voltage disconnect to 14.6 (assuming you can configure the WFCO converter/charger for the operation you want) and the float value to 13.4, but only if you can make the WFCO play nice with those numbers. Everything needs to coexist well together or you'll get disconnects that you don't want to happen under normal operation (either SCC or worse, the battery).

Boost reconnect might be a little low, but looks good otherwise.
Wfco tends to switch to float too early anyway, so probly fine.
Run it, keep an eye on bms app, and enjoy the power.

Boost duration might be long for 14.2 - use 10min.
If you use 13.8 or 14.0, then longer is okay.
Once cells get to 3.5 per cell you’re at 99%.

Tracers tend to read batt voltage a little high, it measures with the charge current on top.

As soon as charge terminates the battery voltage settles back down.
