Help with tripping WFCO tripping

The inverter is one of the inputs to the ATS.

In that case, switch the junction box to between the shore power and ATS. The red generator box becomes the inverter.

Thanks all for the suggestions. I figured its just easier for me to flip the breaker. I really was just concerned if that was to be expected. I guess I did have a power loop
