panel mounts with hinges, work or not?? idea for 4 way tilt and wonder if anyone has intel on such

Hi, we built our own panel mounts. We needed extra strong mounts because of the typhoons we get here and the fact that the panels are mounted 3 stories up. We used 2 inch galvanized tube as the mount and angle bar for the brackets, they swivel on the tube and are adjustable by angle bar brackets to another tube. They are a really simple design it takes us about 5 hours to build one. That's about it. the dog
