How do I cheaply but safely heat domestic water with PV?

You are a joke.

I said Google Reviews not BBB that you pay to have reviews removed.
Oh..wow. Even more difficult. If you know how you can get Google to remove reviews, please share. We have bad reviews there too. I think you may not know what you are talking about on this one.

I don't have a horse in this race but for you to ask how to get Google reviews removed that aren't favorable to the company you work for is just plain wrong on so many levels.

The purpose of reviews is to provide a measure in which a consumer can make a decision based upon other prior experiences. You can provide a rebuttal that may shed light on the bad review that helps the consumer decide whether or not they want to do business with your company. Removing those bad reviews doesn't allow a 2 way interaction where other consumers can make an informed decision and also doesn't provide a mechanism for your company to improve it's product it wants to sell by noting shortcomings of your product.

I started my 36th year in business Jan 1st. I think I've learned a few things in that time.

I agree. My point is there isn't a method to just have Google, or any site, take down a review because you don't like it. It does not work that way.

I decided to look at your Google reviews, let's look at a few not favorable. Here is one. https://g.co/kgs/5ZA7L8

And another: https://g.co/kgs/UjTajS

Another: https://g.co/kgs/sjJ9h1

Another: https://g.co/kgs/7JFBGC

Another: https://g.co/kgs/HDcUs2

Common theme seems to be customer had an issue that seems to remain unresolved. While your company may respond to the review on Google, follow thru may or not be the case. I didn't see any bad reviews with an update by the customer the issue was resolved.

In your defense, there are many reviews where customers were happy with the product. These outnumber the bad reviews.

Sorry if I've misunderstood but I've got a controller that takes the excess power from my panels to heat the immersion. It detects when I'm about to export to the grid and instead heats the immersion. It's a really simple and small box that sits by the consumer unit and cost around £100 (I'm in the UK).

The bloke who made them doesn't any more but I know there are similar ones on the market over here. I've been really impressed with it - first time in the 20 years that I've lived here that I've had (usually) hot water on tap since I only ever switched on the immersion on demand.

Two sheds, sounds like the one I have in uk also, Mk2 PV Router, I've had mine for around 7yrs and works flawlessly, the bloke who made um was always a true helpful chap, I bought mine as a single load kit and later made it into a double load diverter- once primary load switched off/up to temp, the second load was supplied , i recently contacted him for tech help and he said he was packing it in, we need more like him

You said we had the bad reviews removed. How is it possible then that you found bad reviews? Either we have the mystical capability to remove bad reviews or we don't. Which is it? You can find bad reviews on any company that has been around more than a year. What you keep ignoring is the question of how we have as many positive reviews, such as this: 1673642787620.png

Can you link to any examples of ones still available that don't cost £300+ I'm not sure they exist anymore...
