How do I get into the Luxpower 6000xp monitor software and a few other issues?

Couple of questions:

1) Has anyone with a LuxPower 6000xp got into the monitoring software on a computer?
I just installed a luxpower 6000xp (not the EG4 version). I successfully connected to the wifi dongle via the Luxpower app but can not log into the monitor software on my laptop using the same account credentials that I use on the app. The monitor software is available at www.server.luxpowertek.com and is similar to the EG4 monitoring portal. Do I need to contact luxpower for an installer code to gain access to the monitor software?

2) What is the current firmware version for the Luxpower 6000xp?
I have version ccaa-000C0D and my unit still indicates it needs updating despite having updated the firmware via the app.

3) Are there settings I need to change to get the inverter to output AC from the connected batteries?
The is currently no AC output from the inverter. All connections look good and no error codes are showing on the inverter. The inverter is connected to 4 Ruixu rack batteries but no PV input as of yet.

Sorry for a late reply. I suspect you have resolved the issue already, but for everybody else:
The luxpower servers appear to be setup by region, which for the US is https://na.luxpowertek.com/
You simply register or login there and things are pretty explanatory from that point on. I didn't need an installer code (I also self installed).

It is hard to figure out what the issue is with your no 3 without seeing a page of your whole system, there are a couple of things, both in system settings and in hardware install, that may cause it to not provide load; again I am assuming you have resolved it by now
