If I understand your question correctly the US power is single phase at 240 volt and split phase is at 120 volts. That device only has two inputs, so those are where the 240 volt connection would be and the three connections would be for your three phase equipment. If this is not in US then I believe the concept is the same.It is all single phase at 220-240 volts.
