How good are these solar PV connectors?

Has anyone got an experience with solar PV connectors?
Are they really suitable for male / female?

The plug would likely be harnessed around the mid section of the high heeled connecter because the heels would function as an attractive grounding point.
The plug is an optional added option on those well shaped connectors. ?
