I have had it about a year. Been running 24/7 for the last three months. It's a great unit. I never hear the fans. It never gets hot. The UPS function is great. I just start the generator and it switches over. I did install a separate UPS with it's own battery because when i turned the generator off my modem would drop my internet connection. This solved that problem. If Renogy made a 24v version i would buy it in a heartbeat .
