Personally I am so dumbstruck and unable to add comment. Sorry @Will Prowse you take great pains to run a clean cut forum with safe practice and sound principles but this mess has got to be exposed. This gave me nearly as big a shock as my recent Lion fire.

I do have to apologize somewhat, because at first I didn't see the previous video. I now understand that some of the mistakes were made prior to them getting the vehicle, by the EV conversion company.

I saw this Vid the other day and my 75% I just could not watch the trainwreck happen AGAIN ! WTH are they thinking !!! I finally wen't back and finished watching... OMG how NOT to build a pack, and Most Especially for a mobile use. Some of the comments attached to it are sim ply put GOB SMACKINGLY BAD and even crossing the Stupid Border. There is ONE Comment to STOP IT & Pay Attention to the details but not likely they will pay attention to that... Seems a 3 Monkey Deal (Hear no X, see no X and speak no X) where X is experience & common sense that does not fit their perculiarities.

What gets me is the ignorant cowboy who took the old fellas money $$$$$$ to build all that dangerous crap. Pete just let all that happen to his brother. Yup Mr hbpowerwall - dont look at his YT channel - you will be sick. He spent 7 years doing incredibly stupid dangerous things with recovered Lion cells 18650s from free scrap laptop packs. He would painfully hack all the old cells out and sort of test them, throw half away, string them together 16S16p (no bms) just relied on little wire fuses on each cell to make a powerwall to rival Tesla model . Then he made jokes about how some cells got hot - he called the candles - and would laboriously lever them out for individual replacement. He had quite a few fires but threw Fosters lager over em. You get the image, after 7 years he finally realised what a waste of space it all was and his site went moribund. Lifepo had taken over and viewers got so much wiser. From the OP you can see how much he progressed after 10 years DUH
all the more reason to watch
