How serious is ventilation design with FLA?

Here is my first attempt at a battery box w/ ventilation.
This is an off grid system, the primary function is to run the well and pool pumps.
Thus, the batteries do not get much use, so little gassing.
Box is Lexan, sealed w/ 3M weatherstrip foam & 5200 polyurethane sealant.
Fan is run by the inverter AUX terminal strip, so if the inverter fails, the fan stops.
Vent is to the outside.
I sealed all the cracks and crevices, so that there is no leakage into the room.

Please don’t use PVC air moving though it cause static buildup. You are producing oxygen and hydrogen and now you can produce a spark, extant! I have a cabinet shop ( hobby) originally I used PVC for dust removal. WITHOUT MATERIAL MOVING THROUGH IT. It would very quickly build up static and it would get you bad. Tore it out and replaced it with sheet metal. Batteries I have a 10 foot box with several 2 inch holes on the ends low and 4 inch axial fan top center with 8 feet of vertical metal pipe ( maybe stack effect if fan dies between my daily checks). My online info said you could run a wire through the PVC Didn’t work.

Hmmm that sounds bad , I’ve never noticed a stadic charge on my pvc im not moving a lot of air.
My little fan manual recommends 2” pvc ?
I’ll have to check it out . ?
